§ 110.007. OFFICERS.  The board of directors of the Rural 
Foundation shall elect from among its members a presiding officer, 
an assistant presiding officer, and other officers the board 
considers necessary.  The presiding officer and assistant presiding 
officer serve for a period of one year and may be reelected.
