§ 112.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board of directors" means the board of directors of the Border Health Foundation. (2) "Foundation" means the Border Health Foundation. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 198, § 2.54(a), eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
