§ 112.008. OFFICERS. The board of directors shall elect from among its members a presiding officer, an assistant presiding officer, and other necessary officers. The presiding officer and assistant presiding officer serve for a period of one year and may be reelected. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 198, § 2.54(a), eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
