§ 112.010. TAX EXEMPTION. All income, property, and other assets of the foundation are exempt from taxation by this state and political subdivisions of this state. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 198, § 2.54(a), eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
