§ 12.071. OFFICE OF TEXAS-MEXICO HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES. The department shall establish and maintain an office in the department to coordinate and promote health and environmental issues between this state and Mexico. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, § 7, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
