Texas Health & Safety Code - Section 12.139. Annual Review

§ 12.139. ANNUAL REVIEW.  The advisory committee shall 
annually:          
		(1)  review the results of any audit conducted under 
this subchapter and the results of any dispute filed under Section 
12.134;  and
		(2)  review the rules adopted by the board under this 
subchapter and propose any amendments to the rules the advisory 
committee considers necessary.
