§ 141.020. RECOVERY OF ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY BY ATTORNEY GENERAL. The attorney general at the request of the commissioner may bring a civil action to recover an administrative penalty under this chapter. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 251, § 5, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
