§ 284.009. AUTHORITY TO ISSUE SUBSEQUENT BONDS. In the
authorization of bonds under Section 284.001, the commissioners
court may provide for the subsequent issuance of additional parity,
subordinate lien, or other bonds, under the terms or conditions
stated in the order authorizing the issuance of the original bonds.
