§ 311.024. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES REQUIRED. This subchapter does not relieve a person of that person's obligation to pay for services provided by a hospital if the person can pay for those services. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
