§ 311.036. DATA VERIFICATION.  (a) Before the department 
may publish the report required by Section 311.035 or provide data 
to the public in any other manner, the department shall give each 
hospital a copy of the preliminary report or provide the hospital an 
opportunity in some other manner to verify the data relating to that 
hospital.
	(b)  If a hospital does not submit corrected data before the 
31st day after the date on which the hospital receives the 
preliminary report or other data, the department shall presume that 
the data is correct.
