§ 364.058. ADJUSTMENT OF RATES AND CHANGES TO MAINTAIN 
ADEQUATE REVENUE.  If bonds are outstanding, the commissioners 
court shall establish, maintain, and collect rates and charges for 
services furnished or made available by the solid waste disposal 
system adequate to:
		(1)  pay maintenance and operation costs of and 
expenses allocable to the solid waste disposal system and the 
principal of and interest on the bonds;  and
		(2)  provide and maintain funds created by the 
resolution authorizing the bonds.
