§ 365.013. RULES AND STANDARDS;  CRIMINAL PENALTY.  (a) 
The Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission shall adopt 
rules and standards regarding processing and treating litter 
disposed in violation of this subchapter.
	(b)  A person commits an offense if the person violates a 
rule adopted under this section.
	(c)  An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
