§ 365.031. LITTER, GARBAGE, REFUSE, AND RUBBISH IN LAKE SABINE. The governing body of Port Arthur by ordinance may prohibit the depositing or placing of litter, garbage, refuse, or rubbish into or on the waters of Lake Sabine within the municipal limits. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
