§ 11.004. POWERS AND FUNCTIONS NOT AFFECTED. The provisions of this title are not intended to interfere with the powers and functions of the Texas Rehabilitation Commission, the Texas Commission for the Blind, the division of maternal and child health of the Texas Department of Health, or county juvenile boards.
