§ 117.055. CAREER LADDER.                                                   

Text of section effective on date the commissioner of assistive and 
rehabilitative services is appointed.  See Historical and Statutory 
Notes, post.
	The commissioner or the commissioner's designee shall 
develop an intra-agency career ladder program.  The program must 
require intra-agency postings of all nonentry-level positions 
concurrently with any public posting.
