§ 121.009. CONSTRUCTION OF CHAPTER. The provisions of this chapter must be construed in a manner compatible with other state laws relating to persons with disabilities. Acts 1979, 66th Leg., p. 2428, ch. 842, art. 1, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1979. Amended by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 649, § 10, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
