§ 21.002. SUNSET PROVISION. The Texas Department of
Human Services is subject to Chapter 325, Government Code (Texas
Sunset Act). Unless continued in existence as provided by that
chapter, the department is abolished and this title expires
September 1, 2011, except that Chapter 40 expires as provided by
Section 40.003.
