§ 22.013. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ON PUBLIC AWARENESS 
INFORMATION.  (a) The department, the Texas Department of Health, 
the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, and 
the Texas Rehabilitation Commission shall adopt a joint memorandum 
of understanding that authorizes and requires the exchange and 
distribution among the agencies of public awareness information 
relating to services provided by or through the agencies.
	(b)  Not later than the last month of each state fiscal year, 
the department and the other agencies shall review and update the 
memorandum.
	(c)  Each agency by rule shall adopt the memorandum of 
understanding and all revisions to the memorandum.
