§ 40.071. DRUG-ENDANGERED CHILD INITIATIVE. The
department shall establish a drug-endangered child initiative
aimed at protecting children who are exposed to methamphetamine or
to chemicals and other hazardous materials used in the illicit
manufacture of methamphetamine.
