§ 61.0354. JOB PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS. The executive director or the executive director's designee shall develop a system of annual performance evaluations that are based on documented employee performance. All merit pay for commission employees must be based on the system established under this section. Added by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 1099, § 17, eff. Sept. 1, 1987. Amended by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 319, § 12, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
