§ 91.032. CONTRACTS FOR ADAPTIVE TECHNOLOGY. The commission shall include in a contract with a supplier of adaptive technology equipment provisions that require the supplier to provide training for clients receiving the adaptive technology equipment. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 213, § 8, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
