Art. 29.11. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY. Text of article effective until September 1, 2007 The attorney general and the commissioner shall have the authority to promulgate rules necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter. The attorney general and the commissioner may by rule authorize podiatric physicians to participate in the joint negotiations permitted by this chapter. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1586, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
