Art. 4.69. TREATMENT OF CREDITS AND CAPITAL. In any case under this code or another insurance law of this state in which the assets of a certified investor are examined or considered, the certified capital may be treated as an admitted asset, subject to the applicable statutory valuation procedures. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 437, Sec. 1, eff. May 28, 2001.
