Art. 5.172. APPLICATION TO CERTAIN INSURERS.
Article repealed effective April 1, 2007
Notwithstanding Sections 912.002, 941.003, 942.003, or any
other provision of this code, this subchapter does not apply to a
county mutual insurance company, a Lloyd's plan, and a reciprocal
or interinsurance exchange, before January 1, 2004.
