Art. 5.21. FALSE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION.
Article repealed effective April 1, 2007
No person or organization shall knowingly give false or
misleading information to the Board, to any insurer, or to any other
entity, which will in any manner affect the proper determination of
rates or premiums.
An insurer or agent who knowingly misrepresents the actual or
replacement value of real or personal property for the purpose of
achieving an unfair competitive rate advantage commits an offense.
