§ 101.003. INSURANCE EXCHANGES AND SYNDICATES; RULES. The commissioner shall adopt rules defining insurance exchanges and syndicates that are insurers for purposes of Section 101.002. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 101, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
