§ 101.152. HEARING. (a) Except as agreed by the parties
with prior written approval of the commissioner, a hearing under
this subchapter must be held not earlier than the fifth day or later
than the 30th day after the date of service of the statement and
notice required under Section 101.151.
(b) The hearing shall be conducted in the manner provided
for a contested case under Chapter 2001, Government Code, and the
commissioner's rules.
