§ 101.154. ENFORCEMENT;  REFERRAL TO ATTORNEY 
GENERAL.  The commissioner may refer the matter to the attorney 
general for enforcement if the commissioner has reason to believe 
that an insurer or person has:
	(1)  violated a cease and desist order issued under this 
subchapter;  or     
	(2)  failed to pay an assessed penalty.
