§ 101.351. DEFINITIONS. (a) In this subchapter, "court proceeding" includes an action or suit. (b) The definition of "state" assigned by Section 311. 005, Government Code, does not apply in this chapter. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, § 29, eff. June 1, 2003.
