§ 101.352. APPLICABILITY. This subchapter applies only to a court or administrative proceeding against an unauthorized person or insurer in which the person or insurer was served under Section 804.107. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, § 29, eff. June 1, 2003.
