§ 201.053. COOPERATION BETWEEN DEPARTMENT AND COMPTROLLER. The commissioner and the comptroller shall cooperate fully in performing their respective duties under this code or another insurance law of this state. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, § 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
