§ 224.001. APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER. This chapter applies to a reciprocal or interinsurance exchange that has a certificate of authority to engage in business in this state. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, § 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
