§ 226.051. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "premium" includes any consideration for insurance, including: (1) a premium; (2) a membership fee; or (3) dues. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, § 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
