§ 226.052. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter applies to an insured who procures an insurance contract in accordance with Section 101.053(b)(4). Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, § 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
