§ 36.104. INFORMAL DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN CONTESTED CASES. (a) The commissioner may, on written agreement or stipulation of each party and any intervenor, informally dispose of a contested case in accordance with Section 2001.056, Government Code, notwithstanding any provision of this code that requires a hearing before the commissioner. (b) This section does not apply to a contested case under Title 5, Labor Code. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 101, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999. Amended by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 265, § 6.055, eff. Sept. 1, 2005.
