§ 36.106. WAIVER OF CERTAIN NOTICE REQUIREMENTS. The commissioner may, on written agreement or stipulation of each party and any intervenor, waive or modify the notice publication requirement of Article 2.01, 2.03, 3.04, or 22.03. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 101, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
