§ 36.161. CERTAIN SUBPOENAS ISSUED TO FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. A subpoena issued to a bank or other financial institution as part of a criminal investigation is not subject to Section 30.007, Civil Practice and Remedies Code. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 101, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
