§ 36.2015. ACTIONS UNDER TITLE 5, LABOR CODE. Notwithstanding Section 36.201, a decision, order, form, or administrative or other rule of the commissioner of workers' compensation under Title 5, Labor Code, or a rule adopted by the commissioner of insurance under Title 5, Labor Code, is subject to judicial review as provided by Title 5, Labor Code. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 265, § 6.056, eff. Sept. 1, 2005.
