§ 38.104. COMPILATION OF DATA AND INFORMATION;
REPORT. (a) The department shall compile the data and information
included in reports required by this subchapter into composite form
and shall prepare at least annually a written report of:
(1) the composite data and information; and
(2) the department's analysis of the availability,
adequacy, and affordability of health benefit plan coverage in this
state.
(b) Subject to Section 38.106, the department shall make the
report available to the public and may charge a reasonable fee for
the report to cover the cost of making the report available.
