§ 38.152. EXEMPTION. This subchapter does not apply to a farm mutual insurance company or to a county mutual fire insurance company writing exclusively industrial fire insurance as described by Article 17.02. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 101, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
