§ 38.159. COMPILATION OF DATA; REPORT. The department shall compile the data included in individual closed claim reports and summary closed claim reports into a composite form and shall prepare annually a written report of the composite data. The department shall make the report available to the public. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 101, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
