§ 38.204. POWERS AND DUTIES OF STATISTICAL AGENT. (a) A designated statistical agent shall collect data from reporting insurers under a statistical plan adopted by the commissioner. (b) The statistical agent may provide aggregate historical premium and loss data to its subscribers. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 101, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
