§ 401.053. EXAMINATION PERIOD. Unless the department requests that an examination cover a longer period, the examination must cover the period beginning on the last day covered by the most recent examination and ending on December 31 of the year preceding the year in which the examination is being conducted. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
