§ 401.062. STAY OF RULE, ORDER, DECISION, OR FINDING. The filing of a petition under Subchapter D, Chapter 36, for judicial review of a rule, order, decision, or finding of the commissioner or department under this subchapter operates as a stay of the rule, order, decision, or finding until the court directs otherwise. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
