§ 401.101. USE OF DEPARTMENT EXAMINER OR OTHER QUALIFIED PERSON OR FIRM. The department may use a salaried department examiner or may appoint a qualified person or firm to perform an examination of an insurance organization as provided by law or to assist in the performance of an examination. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
