§ 401.201. CONFIDENTIALITY OF EARLY WARNING SYSTEM INFORMATION. Information relating to the financial solvency of an organization regulated by the department under this code or another insurance law of this state that is obtained by the department's early warning system is confidential and is not subject to disclosure under Chapter 552, Government Code. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
