§ 424.071. AUTHORIZED INVESTMENTS:  THE UNIVERSITY OF 
TEXAS.  An insurer may invest the insurer's funds in excess of 
minimum capital and surplus in an interest-bearing note or bond of 
The University of Texas issued under the laws of this state.
