§ 424.104. AUTHORIZED INVESTMENTS FOR SHORT-TERM 
INVESTMENT POOL.  A short-term investment pool may contain only:
		(1)  obligations described by Section 424.105;                                
		(2)  money market funds described by Section 424.106;  
or                   
		(3)  repurchase, reverse repurchase, and securities 
lending transactions that meet the requirements of Subchapter D.
