§ 424.209. INCLUSION OF COUNTERPARTY EXPOSURE AMOUNTS. The insurer shall include all counterparty exposure amounts in determining compliance with the limitations of this subchapter. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
