§ 425.106. INVESTMENT RECORDS; DEMONSTRATION OF COMPLIANCE. An insurance company shall maintain investment records covering each transaction. The company must be able to demonstrate at all times that the company's investments are within the limitations imposed by this subchapter. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, § 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
